Return Policy
PAYMENTS: All services contracted with us, on a firm basis, require a fixed advance payment to hold the booking. and prior to commencement of Services, The management personnel reserves the right to decide the amount to be paid as advance payment based on the nature of the service and the time remaining for the commencement of the service. Apart from the above in certain cases like booking special train journeys, hotels, or resorts, during peak season (X-Mas, New Year, Diwali) you should secure your booking by making full payment in advance.
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to avoidable/unavoidable reasons, the same should be informed to us in writing / by email. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we are advised in writing and the cancellation charges will be as follows.
60 days before travel: 10% of tour / service cost
45 days before travel: 25% of tour / service cost
30 days before travel: 50% of tour / service cost
15 days before travel: 75% of tour / service cost
07 days before travel: 90% of tour / service cost
Less than 72 hours or no show: No refund
A special cancellation policy applies in case of special train journeys and peak season hotel bookings (which may be advised when required)
Some cancellation and refund policies are outside of our tender
If you cancel the trip after the trip has started, the refund will be limited to a limited amount, which will depend on the amount we can recover from the hoteliers and contractors we protect. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transport & missed meals etc. We bear no responsibility for refunds.
Refunds for hotel payments will follow the hotel's cancellation policy
Cancellation of train tickets will be as per railway policy,
Cancellation of flight tickets will be as per the policy of the airline company
Our Liabilities & Limitations
Please note that after finalizing the tour/service cost, any increase in monuments/museums, taxes, fuel cost or guide charges will be charged extra.
Law & Jurisdiction
For all complaints, suits, claims or disputes of whatsoever nature relating to any products offered by Danata Geo Travel, will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of Court of Ernakulam.
